Extrusion

We extrude aluminum with our 7-inch 2000 tonne extrusion press. Extrusion involves cutting billets, heating them up to between 400 – 500 degress. Aluminum alloy composition, complexity of shapes determines the level of heating and speed of extrusion. Extruded aluminum is water or air treated and then transferred across the table and further stretched. We carefully check surface quality and dimensions of profiles. Profiles with proper quality are later cut to suitable lengths.

We supply aluminum profiles to construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. Just to give you an idea of our capabilities, global contractors like Metal Yapı, Sarnicon, Bisam, Albayrak are among our clients. Our products are being used in various prestigious projects. We have certificate of conformity to Turkish standards that is formally approved by Turkish Standards Institute for extrusion products.

Our extrusion production capacity is 500 tonnes/month with three shifts and our current production level is 200 tonnes/month with one shift. During extrusion process we maintain precise pressures and temperatures so that our products have good surface quality with proper tempering. Our extrusion design and engineering of aluminum parts aims optimal performance with minimal waste.
