Our production facility was established in the Tekirdağ / Çorlu Vakıflar territory on the area of 10,000 m2 with a closed area of 7,500 m2.

We have 100 employees in our integrated factory, which includes molding design, extrusion process, anodizing, powder coating and mechanical processing departments.

Arfen Aluminum has a wide range of aluminum extrusion production capacity.

We produce aluminum profiles at our 2.000 ton / 7-inch extrusion press, which has a monthly production capacity of 500 tons.

Raw materials are supplied in the form of billets from suppliers that produce high quality products and are extruded into profiles.

Molds used in extrusion processing is produced in accordance with customer requests and needs, and design support is also provided to customers.

Arfen Aluminum has the capacity to design and produce molds with very precise tolerances on high-tech CNC machine tools.

Arfen Aluminum has a powder coating section line with a monthly capacity of 200 tons that can perform high-quality painting processes of extruded profiles.

Our company has the QUALANOD certificate, which indicates surface quality assurance.

If the produced profiles are requested to be anodized, high quality and fast service is provided.

The capacity of our modern anodizing facility is 300 tons per month.

If mechanical processing is required for the aluminum profiles produced, our facility provides cutting, drilling, deburring, length finishing, CNC operations, pressing (punch press), merging (gluing, rivet, welding bolts, etc.), bending and roving services in a quality and fast manner.

Research and Development activities are carried out within our company in order to improve and develop all our production processes/products and the durability of the products produced depending on customer demand can be tested with simulation methods.
